Rachel is a warm, empathic practitioner who takes a person-first approach. She creates a non-judgemental and supportive therapy relationship to assist her clients in understanding themselves and achieving their therapy goals.
She has extensive knowledge of various therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
Rachel has a particular interest in working with those who have faced adversity or experienced trauma. As such, Rachel has psychological experience in the NDIS, and has volunteered with the Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees, and Detainees.
