Sally has an integrative approach to psychotherapy including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, narrative and creative therapies.
Growing up in rural and remote Western Australia engendered a deep love of the bush for Sally. She has since spent many of her adult years living and working in the West Australian Wheatbelt. Sally has a lived experience of the complexities and strengths of rural and remote community living. She is confident in the use of digital and telephone counselling modalities, so distance does not need to be a barrier to access her service.
